What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with tags attached. You will need the receipt or proof of purchase to initiate a return.

How long does shipping take?

For USA orders, shipping typically takes 2-5 business days. International orders may take up to 2 weeks for delivery. Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

What should I do if my item is damaged or incorrect?

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and take appropriate action to resolve it.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship internationally. However, please be aware that you may be responsible for any import taxes and duties imposed by your country.

How are refunds processed?

Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

What if I do not accept my package?

If you do not accept your package and it is returned to us, you will be responsible for covering the reshipping fees to have the package returned to you.
